For weddings, milestone birthdays, anniversaries, christenings, engagements, corporate celebrations, wakes and everything in between, Luigi Delicatessen is available for exclusive private hire.
Our Saturdays and Sundays are made for private events: the entire venue, exclusively for you and your guests.
Depending on your event, Luigi's can also be privately booked on other days and evenings throughout the week.
Over the years, we've hosted everything from intimate family gatherings to 80th and 100th birthdays, bar mitzvahs, christenings, anniversaries, wakes and even complete weddings: ceremony, reception and celebration, all under one roof.
This isn't simply a room with food.
We bring the full Luigi's experience: beautiful Italian food, grazing tables, sit-down dining, cocktails, wine, live entertainment, production, styling, staffing and the kind of hospitality that has become part of who we are.
Off-site catering
If the party isn't at Luigi's, we'll bring Luigi's to you.
Our catering team can take the experience anywhere: your home, office, boardroom, warehouse, garden or private venue.
From executive lunches and intimate dinners to large celebrations, charcoal barbecues, mobile cooking stations, grazing spreads, chefs, wait staff, bar staff and complete event production, we can build the event around you.

Enquire
Tell us about your event: the date, number of guests, occasion and the kind of atmosphere you have in mind. We'll be back in touch within one business day.

Menu design
Every Luigi's menu is created around the season. We use fresh, seasonal produce and design your menu around what is at its very best at the time of your event, just as we do in the restaurant every week.

Tasting
For weddings and full venue bookings, an optional pre-event tasting can be arranged. Bring someone special with you and we'll look after you both.

Your event
We set the room, organise the music, prepare the food and pour the wine. You bring the people. From the moment they arrive, everything else is ours.
